What a fun "Holidaze" season this has been for me! I successfully shipped out over 120 Christmas orders within 6 weeks (that's about 120 hours of knitting, on top of a full time job). Yay SK! It's so rewarding to know that kitties around the world got to be a little more festive this year :)
I'm working on some fun new hats for Valentine's Day and early Spring, but first, let's discuss these cupcakes:

I got a new Kitchen Aid Mixer for Christmas, and the first thing I thought to make was... cupcakes! Of course :) I exercised some self control and only ate 3 (spaced out within a day... hey, it's the holidays!) I used a box mix for the gingerbread cake and a wonderfully simple and delicious buttercream recipe from my bff brenna gentry! yum-o!
